About the Role
We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via email, building positive and long-lasting relationships with customers, and effectively managing and following up on inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via email
- Build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers

- Stay up-to-date with general market conditions
- Work securely with customers' sensitive information
- Apply the latest customer happiness practices
- Maintain working knowledge of our clients' products and services

Requirements
- Excellent Spanish and English language skills (C1 level for both is a must)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience in logistics or transportation
- Logical thinking and analytical skills
- Positive and responsible attitude
- Personal laptop or computer (preferably Windows laptop with 16Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CRM systems
- Proven knowledge in writing code (Python preferably)
- Proficient in standard logistics software
