About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Ceuta. As a key member of our Customer Support team, you will be responsible for providing world-class customer service to our clients, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and online chat.
- Assist customers with their queries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process and resolve incoming and outgoing contacts in a multimedia environment.
- Process pertinent information into relevant databases.
- Complete tasks assigned during shift.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing them with a positive experience.
- Problem-solve and think critically to resolve complex customer issues.
- Handle and take full responsibility for customer-related queries.
- Excellent time management and adherence to schedule.
- Perform extra tasks given by managers/shift supervisors as required.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
- Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams, with a focus on achieving shared goals.
- Expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a track record of delivering on time and within scope.
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high standards of quality in all outputs.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and priorities, maintaining effectiveness in dynamic situations.
- Spanish first language - strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent in English; able to communicate effectively (read, write and speak fluently).
- Valid work/residence permit for Ceuta.
- Be available for 24/7 shift rotations.
- Completed high school qualification.
- 2 years' work experience post-qualification.
Desirable Skills
- In-depth knowledge of sports betting markets, including odds calculation, betting types, and market trends.
- Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry, with a strong understanding of player behavior and industry regulations.
- Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to legal standards.
- Experience in developing and executing customer retention strategies.
- Be in possession of a degree.
