We are in search of an English-Speaking Sales Manager to lead exciting initiatives with prominent brands across various sectors including technology, finance, travel, fashion, and healthcare.

Your Role

As a Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Building, inspiring, and mentoring a high-performing inside sales team, typically consisting of over 10 members.
  • Leading by example and providing effective coaching to enhance team members' sales calls and presentations.
  • Conducting thorough assessments of performance and developing improvement plans during regular reviews with senior management.
  • Driving excellence in key performance metrics such as response rates, conversion rates, and sales pipeline management.
  • Facilitating meaningful career development discussions and ensuring every team member has a tailored development plan.
  • Evaluating team capabilities and establishing talent pipelines as necessary.
  • Engaging in weekly coaching sessions to enhance team performance and customer relationship building.
  • Setting and monitoring productivity and sales targets aligned with market trends.
  • Collaborating with quality coaches and readiness managers to elevate agent performance.
Qualifications

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for individuals who:

  • Are native or proficient in English.
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of team management experience, including at least 2 years in sales management within the IT sector or business development, with a proven track record of leading teams of 8 or more.
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication abilities, capable of coaching teams to drive sales through various channels.
  • Exhibit superior leadership qualities, empowering high achievers and motivating those who need improvement.
  • Can identify key opportunities, nurture them to closure, and manage customer relationships effectively.
  • Thrive in diverse teams and adapt well to dynamic environments.
  • Are driven by success and motivated by performance rewards for surpassing sales targets.
  • Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have at least 3 years of experience with CRM tools such as Dynamics or Salesforce.
