We are in search of an English-Speaking Sales Manager to lead exciting initiatives with prominent brands across various sectors including technology, finance, travel, fashion, and healthcare.

Your Role

As a Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Building, inspiring, and guiding a high-performing inside sales team, typically consisting of 10 or more members.
  • Leading by example and providing coaching to enhance team members' sales calls and demonstrations.
  • Conducting weekly reviews with senior management to assess performance and develop exceptional performance plans.
  • Driving operational excellence by monitoring key metrics such as response rates, conversion rates, and pipeline velocity.
  • Facilitating meaningful career development discussions and ensuring each team member has a tailored development plan.
  • Evaluating team capabilities and establishing talent pipelines as necessary.
  • Coaching and observing team members to improve revenue accountability and customer trust.
  • Setting productivity and sales targets aligned with market trends.
  • Collaborating with Quality Coaches and Readiness Managers to enhance agent performance.
Qualifications

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates who:

  • Are native or proficient in English.
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of team management experience, including at least 2 years in sales management within the IT sector or business development, with a proven track record of leading teams of 8 or more.
  • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coach team members effectively.
  • Exhibit exceptional leadership qualities, enabling high performers to excel and assisting under-performers in improving.
  • Can identify key opportunities, nurture them to closure, and manage customer relationships successfully.
  • Thrive in a diverse team environment and adapt well to change.
  • Are driven by success and motivated by performance-based rewards.
  • Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have at least 3 years of experience with CRM tools (e.g., Dynamics, Salesforce).
