About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Performance Manager to join our team at A.P. Moller - Maersk. As a Sales Performance Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales performance aligned with sales targets in close collaboration with Product and Sales FBP.

Key Responsibilities
  • Owns and manages the Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) and Contract Signing Bonus (CSB).
  • Manage and drive Sales Performance aligned with Sales Targets in close collaboration with Product and Sales FBP.
  • Track performance against Area Sales Target providing insights to sales teams through BI tools across sales channels and building actionable plans.
  • Go-to person between the sales team and the Finance Team regarding Sales Performance & how that relates to incentives for the sales team members and managers.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-2 years of BI experience in similar corporate structure.
  • Great analytical skillset, challenger mindset, high drive and focus on personal development.
  • Strong sense of urgency and drive to deliver quality in your work - all at the same time.
