Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Performance Manager to join our team at Criteo. As a Sales Performance Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and exceeding quarterly financial targets.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Execute sales activity, including prospecting, cold calls, videoconferencing negotiations, and face-to-face meetings to advance prospects through the sales cycle.
  • Educate prospects on the Criteo Commerce Growth Platform to manage their campaign targets, such as return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Stay up-to-date with industry and product trends to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including account management, creative, technical, legal, and other teams, to ensure high client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in driving new business, preferably in the Ad Tech industry.
  • A strong network in the Polish market, with a focus on ecommerce, finance, and automotive.
  • Accurate pipeline planning and revenue forecasting.
  • Excellent presentation skills to engage clients at all levels.
  • A team player with an entrepreneurial attitude, customer-centric mindset, and strong will to succeed.
  • Fluency in English and Polish, with additional Eastern European languages a plus.
