Sales Performance Manager

Maersk is seeking a highly skilled Sales Performance Manager to join our team. As a Sales Performance Manager, you will be responsible for managing the sales performance of our sales teams, ensuring they meet their targets and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve sales performance
  • Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop and implement sales plans and tactics
  • Provide coaching and training to sales teams to improve their sales skills and knowledge
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics to senior management
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales or sales management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of salesforce.com is a plus
