Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue growth
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
* Analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions and optimize sales processes
* Provide coaching and guidance to sales teams to improve performance and achieve sales targets
Requirements:
* 1-2 years of experience in sales or a related field
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
