Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, including regular communication, issue resolution, and upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets, including pipeline management, sales forecasting, and sales process improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment and effective sales enablement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in software sales, preferably in the hospitality or F&B IT industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a strong understanding of sales metrics and performance indicators.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the hospitality industry and its trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Native Italian speaker, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
