Accor Hotels is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Catering Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating revenue by converting leads into sales, with a focus on the wedding, corporate, local, and social markets.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in hotel catering sales, with a minimum of 3 years of experience. You will be responsible for prospecting and soliciting new catering business leads, as well as servicing existing contracts. You will work closely with the Director of Catering and oversee the Catering Coordinator to achieve revenue targets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and conducting site inspections
- Selling and up-selling catering programs
- Booking and detailing events
- Developing and implementing strategies to drive catering revenues
- Aggressive prospecting to develop new business
We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000-$85,000 per annum, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, medical, dental, and vision insurance, and a 401K plan.
