Job Summary:
Catenon is seeking a highly skilled Area Sales Manager to join our team. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our existing Official Dealers (OD) network and expanding it to increase sales revenue in the designated sales area.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a clear market strategy to increase sales volumes in the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Catalonia, Aragon, and Levante regions.
- Grow sales within our sector community by emphasizing our brands and image, and building sound relations as a quality and reliable partner.
- Continuously develop our network by finding and choosing potential new partners that align with our project and business model.
- Understand market dynamics, competitors, and future trends, and provide feedback to the company to maintain and increase our agility to respond to customer needs.
- Act as an ambassador of our project, philosophy, and values towards our community of existing and new dealers.
- Closely collaborate with all departments to ensure excellent customer experience.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in sales, preferably in the promotional industry (B2B).
- Fluent in English and Catalan, with any other European language being an asset.
- Knowledge of IT tools and negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to easily connect with people and possess emotional intelligence and business acumen.
