We are currently seeking an English-Speaking Sales Manager to oversee exciting projects with leading brands across various sectors, including technology, finance, travel, fashion, healthcare, and more.

Your Role Will Involve:

  • Building, inspiring, and mentoring a high-performing inside sales team to drive sales initiatives; typically managing a team of 10 or more.
  • Leading by example, providing strong coaching to team members on their sales calls and presentations.
  • Conducting thorough risk assessments and identifying exceptional performance strategies during weekly reviews with senior management and team members.
  • Enhancing operational efficiency across key performance metrics such as response rates, conversion rates, pipeline management, and accuracy.
  • Facilitating meaningful career development discussions and ensuring all team members have a personalized development plan aimed at enhancing their capabilities for current and future roles.
  • Evaluating team competencies and establishing talent pipelines as necessary.
  • Spending dedicated time each week coaching and observing team members to improve revenue accountability and customer trust.
  • Setting productivity and sales targets aligned with market trends.
  • Collaborating with Quality Coaches and Readiness Managers to enhance agent performance.
Qualifications

We Are Looking For Candidates Who:

  • Are native or proficient in English.
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of team management experience, including at least 2 years in sales management within the IT sector or business development, with a proven track record of leading teams of 8 or more.
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communication abilities, capable of coaching teams to effectively drive sales through various channels.
  • Exhibit superior leadership qualities, enabling high performers to excel while motivating underperformers to improve.
  • Can identify key opportunity aspects, nurture leads to closure, engage channel partners as necessary, and manage customer relationships effectively.
  • Thrive in a diverse team environment and adapt well to dynamic conditions.
  • Have a results-oriented mindset, motivated by performance rewards for surpassing sales targets through strategic leadership and collaboration.
  • Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have at least 3 years of experience using a CRM tool (such as Dynamics or Salesforce).
