### Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Manager to join our team. As a Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to reach our potential customers, collaborating closely with Marketing, Sales Development, and the Sales Manager.

### Responsibilities

* Develop and execute sales strategies to reach our potential customers
* Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales Development, and the Sales Manager
* Analyze customer needs to systematically identify and understand customer requirements
* Provide a great customer experience, ensuring a smooth handover to the Customer Success department
* Be an ambassador of the Doctoralia brand and the values it represents

### Qualifications

* 2+ years of sales experience in full cycle
* Proven record of success in sales and new technologies
* Ability to personally deliver critical early sales - calling, pitching, negotiating, and follow-ups
* Empathy and ability as an active listener to understand in-depth the needs of our customers
* Communicative and able to adapt to different conversation partners
* Thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a startup mindset
* Attention to detail and ability to follow processes associated with the sales process
* Proactive and able to work independently
* Results-oriented person with a passion for sales
