Job Title: Digital Sales Development Manager

SAP is seeking a highly skilled Digital Sales Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue through effective demand generation and sales execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Lead a team of sales development executives to achieve sales targets and goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in demand generation or inside sales environment.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Fluency in English and German (native or fluent).
