Job Profile

The Digital Sales Development team at SAP plays a crucial role in guiding and influencing customers to make informed decisions during their digital transformation journey. As a Digital Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for building and nurturing a pipeline of sales opportunities and incremental revenue aligned with the Sales and Marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in assigned territories and industries.
  • Manage a team of Sales Development Executives (SDEs) to ensure high-quality pipeline generation and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Solutions, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of SDEs and other sales teams.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Demand Generation or Inside Sales environment.
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership and team management.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Native/fluent German speaker and fluency in English (Mandatory).
Location

Barcelona (Mandatory) - we cannot provide relocation package for this opportunity.
