Job Title: Sales Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Manager to join our team. As a Sales Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the sales organization by driving sales process improvement, analyzing sales performance, and developing strategies to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales process improvements to increase sales efficiency and effectiveness
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Provide sales enablement and training to sales teams
  • Manage and maintain sales data and analytics tools
Requirements:
  • 8-10 years of experience in sales operations or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving sales process improvement and revenue growth
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with sales data and analytics tools
