Join Our Team as a Sales Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Manager to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our Sales Help organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the readiness of our GTM teams by developing and transmitting knowledge about productivity tools and business processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the Sales Help strategy to align with our Global GTM strategic realization
  • Organize and deploy resources in your region to deliver support services to GTM teams, driving customer outcomes
  • Collaborate with Geo Leads to align and improve service outcomes, prioritizing support activities and resources
  • Build strong team spirit based on our Autodesk Culture, ensuring effective collaboration with GTM Leaders in your GEO
  • Manage a multicultural team of regular and contingent employees, both onsite and remotely
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in managing Sales and/or Success Operations teams
  • Solid knowledge of Salesforce and associated productivity tools
  • Understanding of Sales/Success roles and Sales Methodologies
  • Motivate and engage team members, tailoring communication style and presentation to diverse audiences
  • Experience in managing change and transformation, being impactful with data and insights
