Key Responsibilities:- Customer Interaction: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
- Booking Management: Efficiently process bookings, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of the booking process.
- Reservation Handling: Handle boat reservations, confirming bookings, issuing booking confirmations, and processing payments or deposits as required.
- Sales Assistance: Provide expert advice to customers, recommending suitable options based on their needs and budget, and upselling additional services or amenities where appropriate.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services, including boat types, facilities, and promotional offers, to effectively communicate with customers and address their inquiries.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the booking process, addressing any questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Excellent communication and customer-oriented approach.
- Solution and result-driven person.
- Flexible, easygoing, and adaptable team player with a positive 'can-do attitude'.
- Fluent in English and a native (or near-native with C1 level) German language.
- 5 extra vacation days.
- Home office-like working option (5 days per quarter).
