Your Responsibilities:- Assist in the accounting and reconciliation of various financial accounts, including bank accounts, intercompany transactions, and leasing.
- Support the management of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and unbilled revenue.
- Contribute to client revenue and cost management initiatives.
- Participate in payroll accounting and reconciliation, including social security and tax obligations.
- Assist with internal and external audits.
- Support the preparation of monthly profit and loss statements and balance sheet reports.
- Prepare and file monthly and annual tax returns.
- Adhere to company policies regarding the handling of sensitive and confidential information.
Qualifications:
Skills and Experience:- Fluency in both Spanish and English.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar accounting role.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Experience with financial and accounting software.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain high standards of work quality.
- Comprehensive understanding of finance department operations.
- Proactive problem-solving skills to meet deadlines.
- Capacity to work effectively under pressure.
- Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Experience in accounting, treasury, or collections.
