About the Position

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee key sales functions, assist in goal-setting, and provide necessary guidance

  • Enhance processes, identify areas for improvement, and support the implementation of solutions
  • Address local market needs, maintain team size, and work closely with recruitment
  • Drive project activities to achieve revenue goals and conduct regular reviews with stakeholders
  • Prepare sales reports, maintain CRM data, and lead team activities efficiently
  • Act as a primary contact point for all program-related matters
Requirements

Your Profile

  • Proficiency in English is a must
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in technology sales or business development
  • 2+ years of successful program management involving large teams
  • Strong leadership qualities and the ability to motivate team members
  • Experience interacting with top-level executives and driving strategic discussions
  • General understanding of the IT industry and willingness to learn new concepts
  • Driven by success, with a performance-oriented mindset
  • Hold a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
