German Speaking Account Manager - Office Based

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced German speaking account manager to join our team at Recruitment Direct. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing existing customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Requirements:

  • Native level German language skills.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • One of the following languages: French, Italian, Dutch, Swedish, Spanish, Polish, Norwegian, Romanian, Slovak, Czech, Finnish, Greek, Portuguese, or Danish.
  • Essential to have a driving license and be educated to degree level.
  • Willingness to make calls to customers.
  • Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Interest in account management/sales.
