Position Overview:

Customer Support Unit Agent

The Customer Support Unit Agent is responsible for a variety of tasks aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and exceeding expectations within designated timeframes.

These tasks are structured to provide comprehensive commercial service support throughout the year to our clients and global stations.

Candidates must be open to working shifts, including weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers and agents with tracing and inquiries regarding shipments across the cargo network.
  • Address queries and provide solutions to cargo-related issues, including Promise Rebooking recovery.
  • Monitor special cargo and critical products, including their origins, destinations, and transshipment points.
  • Manage telephone and email hotlines for handling requests and incident reports.
  • Proactively inform clients about any offloads.
  • Facilitate the authorization of handling weapon permits with relevant authorities.
  • Oversee daily operations of the Customer Support Unit in accordance with established processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Education at A Level standard or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish is essential.

  • Experience in commercial and operational roles.
  • Ability to navigate change processes effectively.
