We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team in Spain, where you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our market presence in international markets.

Job Description

As our International Business Development Manager - Railway Solutions, you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in international railway markets to achieve sales targets
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners in the railway industry to foster long-term business growth
  • Conducting market research and analysis to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape specific to the railway sector
  • Creating and executing strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and increase market share in the railway industry
  • Collaborating with engineering and product development teams to ensure our offerings meet the needs of international clients
  • Negotiating contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms for the company while ensuring client satisfaction
  • Monitoring sales performance metrics and providing regular reports to senior management on progress and market insights

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • An Engineering degree (preferably electrical/electronic engineering or similar)
  • Proven experience in sales and business development within the railway industry or similar sectors
  • A strong understanding of global railway markets, technologies, and regulatory environments
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
