This is an exceptional opportunity to join Amazon's dynamic Sales team in Madrid. As a highly driven individual, you will be responsible for developing your own pipeline, identifying sales opportunities, qualifying leads, building tailored pricing proposals, negotiating with external companies, and closing deals.

About the Role

As a key member of our Business Development team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver results-driven solutions that meet customer needs. Your passion for collaboration, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills will enable you to establish strong relationships with customers, assess their requirements, and find innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain top-level relationships with potential future strategic customers unfamiliar with Amazon Shipping.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Operations, Product, and Tech leaders to manage programs, build products, and address stakeholder needs.
  • Business Development: Acquire new customers, increase shipping volume, ensure profitable conversions, and drive business growth.
About the Team

What We Offer

A competitive salary of approximately €55,000 - €70,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and professional development opportunities. This role involves moderate travel within Spain (max. 15-20%) and is based in the vibrant 4 Towers district of Madrid.
