This Sales Development Representative position is based in our Madrid office and offers a competitive monthly gross salary and bonus scheme based on performance. As a member of the Convera team, you will be working closely with Senior Business Development Managers to identify and contact new prospects from various sources.
About the RoleThis role involves making outbound calls to qualify and set appointments for our Senior Business Development Managers. Directly prospecting new opportunities using sales enablement tools such as Salesforce.com and ZoomInfo is essential. Achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) like revenue and appointment setting targets is crucial to success.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect new opportunities and manage the lead allocation pipeline to the sales team daily.
- Work closely with Senior Business Development Managers, Industry leads, and Head of Sales to prospect new and existing contacts.
- Demonstrate commercial awareness to promote ideal solutions for potential clients.
We are looking for a resilient, motivated individual with a tenacious and competitive mindset to succeed. Similar experiences in a sales role, ideally used to making outbound calls, are essential. Prior experience in Foreign Exchange is advantageous. Fluency in English, Spanish, and/or Catalan is required.
