We are looking for a skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Valencia, Spain.
Job DescriptionAs a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers via phone, email, and chat. You will help customers find the right product and service by proactively assisting them online and offline.
You will provide exceptional customer service with a smile, practicing our core value of 'Thinking like a Customer.'
Requirements- A professional level of English and French, both verbally and written.
- A Bachelor degree or academic level.
- Experience in Customer Service or Sales is a plus.
- A super customer-friendly attitude and enjoyment while interacting with customers.
- A dynamic and flexible personality.
- A real team player and a great addition to our amazing team.
- Solution-oriented mindset and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to relocate or already based in Valencia.
- A competitive salary range of €30,000 - €40,000 per year, depending on experience.
