A German-speaking Customer Experience Specialist is required to join our client's offices in Valencia, Spain, and support a new fintech scale-up project. This role offers the opportunity to take on more responsibility for project design.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat channels
- Collaborate with customers to find effective solutions to their issues
- Contribute to continuous process improvement through troubleshooting, innovation, and change management
- Leverage cutting-edge technology and AI integrations to enhance customer experience
- Manage payment inquiries from sellers and buyers through various client platforms
- Ensure high-quality service delivery to drive overall company NPS
- Elevate customer satisfaction by improving business processes and mapping customer journeys
- Native level German and fluent English proficiency
- Previous customer service experience and a strong passion for delivering exceptional results
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Innovative mindset with an interest in emerging technologies like chatbot integrations
- Proactive and solution-focused approach
- Ability to think creatively and find innovative solutions
- Technical background or proficiency in computer systems and typing skills
