Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic tech startup environment where you can develop your skills and contribute to the success of the company. As a Technical Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting B2B customers over the phone, email, and chat
  • Communicating with customers to find solutions to their problems
  • Collaborating with colleagues to improve customer experience through troubleshooting, innovation, and change management
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Native level Dutch and fluent English language skills
  • Customer service experience, preferably with some knowledge of fintech and innovation
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • A proactive and solution-oriented approach
