Workster, a leading Work Agency, collaborates with a prominent Outsourcing/BPO company to recruit a skilled B2B Customer Experience Specialist for their offices in Valencia, Spain. This role involves supporting a new fintech scale-up project and taking responsibility for project design.
Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic tech startup environment where you can develop your skills and contribute to the success of the company. As a Technical Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting B2B customers over the phone, email, and chat
- Communicating with customers to find solutions to their problems
- Collaborating with colleagues to improve customer experience through troubleshooting, innovation, and change management
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Native level Dutch and fluent English language skills
- Customer service experience, preferably with some knowledge of fintech and innovation
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- A proactive and solution-oriented approach
