Are you a detail-oriented and customer-centric individual looking to develop your skills in the fintech sector? Blu Selection has an exciting opportunity for a Technical Support Specialist in our Valencia office.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position that requires proficiency in the Dutch language at a native speaking level and a C1 level in English. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Providing top-notch support to B2B customers via email, chat, and phone
- Collaborating with colleagues to enhance the customer experience through innovative solutions
- Troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to payment inquiries and Trustpilot reviews
You will also have the opportunity to improve business processes and contribute to the company's goal of delivering exceptional service and improving NPS.
