Job Title: Customer Experience Specialist
Job Description: At David Kennedy Recruitment, we're working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that's looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Experience Specialist to join a brand-new team for a Fintech company. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and international team with over 25 nationalities.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be responsible for communicating with customers through various channels such as phone, email, chat, and social media. You'll showcase your extraordinary communication skills, including listening, empathy, and personalizing every customer conversation. You'll guide customers with their questions and ensure they're offered the right solution, leaving a big smile on their face.
You'll identify and address customer needs to escalate internally to improve and/or develop processes. You'll thrive for sky-high performances, focusing on the most important KPIs: Customer Satisfaction, quality, and productivity. You'll maintain customer satisfaction and retention through impactful customer experience.
Requirements:
We're looking for someone with excellent Dutch (C2) and C1 English language skills. You'll be a smart and enthusiastic problem-solver with a keen eye for customer service. You'll be calm and empathetic when dealing with difficult customers. You'll be curious and love to investigate and use your creative problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction. You'll be target-driven, trying to exceed expectations.
