Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Konecranes. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will provide technical support to the commercial and production area in the definition of technical requirements and specific details for the correct execution of projects.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to the commercial and production area in the definition of technical requirements and specific details for the correct execution of projects.
- Collaborate with the global engineering department, adapting the needs at the local level and verifying compliance with the client's requirements.
- Stay updated on current regulations as well as norms applicable to the products and operations developed by the company.
- Lead and carry out the design of procedures and standards that allow for better performance of the service.
- Promote and drive a Total Quality philosophy at all levels of the company.
Requirements
- University education: Mechanical Engineering or similar.
- Highly valued International Welding Engineer degree, Master's Degree in Industrial Design.
- MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), SAP valuable.
- Ideally, +3 years in equivalent position.
- Availability to travel either national or international.
- Languages: Spanish + excellent command in English.
