Technical Support Specialist

Reporting to the Technical Assistance Manager, the individual will deliver expert technical support to clients across Spain and Portugal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with clients to offer technical assistance.
  • Conducting on-site visits to address technical issues.
  • Crafting tailored technical solutions based on client requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in technical support, maintenance, or oversight of manufacturing or assembly processes.
  • Conversational proficiency in English is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the designated region.
  • Valid driving license is required.
