Technical Support Specialist

About the Role:
- Provide top-notch technical support to customers via email and phone calls
- Maintain and update customer accounts to ensure seamless service
- Monitor and report on customer and device information to ensure compliance with set standards
- Handle sensitive data with confidentiality and discretion
- Collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality service and client satisfaction
What We Offer:
- Indefinido contract with full-time hours (Monday to Friday)
- Comprehensive training program (2-4 weeks) followed by a practical period

Requirements:
- Native level of Dutch and good level of English
- Interest in technical support and troubleshooting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work proactively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliability and discretion when handling sensitive data
