Technical Support Specialist

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences? Do you have a knack for troubleshooting and problem-solving? We're seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Valencia, Spain.

About the Role:

  • Provide top-notch technical support to customers via email and phone calls
  • Maintain and update customer accounts to ensure seamless service
  • Monitor and report on customer and device information to ensure compliance with set standards
  • Handle sensitive data with confidentiality and discretion
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality service and client satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Native level of Dutch and good level of English
  • Interest in technical support and troubleshooting

  • Reliability and discretion when handling sensitive data
