Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Provide support to customers by responding to inbound requests and documenting relevant case information.
- Technical Assistance: Assist users with pre-sales, general inquiries, and technical support issues.
- Product Information: Provide product information to customers, including subscription, payment, and technical requirements.
- Brand Voice and Tone: Adapt the brand's voice and tone for interactions on both private and public channels.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by responding in an appropriate and friendly manner.
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Dutch native level (or Flemish) & English fluent.
- Personal Qualities: Committed and dedicated, team player with strong listening skills, service-minded person with the ability to handle conflicts in a constructive manner, and strong communicator.
- Experience: No experience needed.
What We Offer:
- Contract Type: Indefinido.
- Working Hours: 39h/week (5 working days a week); Mon - Fri between 09:00 - 20:00 and Sat 09:00 - 18:00.
- Performance Bonus: Potentially 250€ per month.
- Training and Development: 2 - 4 weeks of training and working with a buddy system.
- Equipment and Environment: Equipment provided, hybrid system, and Spanish lessons.
- Benefits: Meal allowances possible, constant on-the-job training, and international environment.
