Job Title: Technical Support Specialist
Job Description:
In this role, you will provide technical support and work on customer premises, including installations, maintenance, and repairs. You will be responsible for identifying stakeholders in other departments, establishing cooperative interactions, and delivering remote and on-site support to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and maintenance services to customers
- Identify and establish cooperative interactions with stakeholders in other departments
- Deliver remote and on-site support to customers
- Update technical documentation concerning sites
- Set the highest standards for customer communication and documentation
Requirements:
- Experience with PACS and/or RIS Health products desirable
- Technical background and university degree valued
- Basic experience with Oracle or SQL databases, Unix, and Windows
- Language skills: Native Spanish, Advanced English
