Job Summary
Konecranes is a world-leading group of Lifting Businesses, serving a broad range of customers. We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide technical support to the commercial and production area, collaborating with the global engineering department to adapt needs at the local level and verify compliance with client requirements.

Main Responsibilities
Provide technical support to the commercial and production area in the definition of technical requirements and specific details for project execution.
Collaborate with the global engineering department to adapt needs at the local level and verify compliance with client requirements.
Stay updated on current regulations and norms applicable to products and operations developed by the company.
Lead and carry out the design of procedures and standards to improve service performance.
Promote and drive a Total Quality philosophy at all levels of the company.

Requirements
University education in Mechanical Engineering or similar.
Highly valued International Welding Engineer degree or Master's Degree in Industrial Design.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SAP.
Experience in an equivalent position, ideally +3 years.
Availability to travel nationally or internationally.
Excellent command of English and Spanish, with a 2nd foreign language valuable.

Reporting Line
Reports to the Country BA Manager.
