We are seeking a highly motivated and communicative individual to join our team in Valencia, Spain. As a Customer Specialist for Fintech Industry, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experience through various channels, including email, chat, and phone.

In this role, you will be part of a dynamic and ambitious team that is passionate about delivering outstanding results. You will have the opportunity to brainstorm with colleagues to improve customer experience, troubleshoot issues, and control payment inquiries from sellers and buyers.

A minimum MBO4 diploma, proficiency in Dutch and English languages, and excellent communication skills are required for this position. You must be proactive and solution-oriented, interested in working in an international environment, and willing to learn and develop new skills.

The estimated salary for this position is approximately €19,200 per year, plus benefits such as Spanish classes, fitness bootcamps, and mindfulness classes. You will also enjoy free lunch and breakfast at the office, as well as opportunities to develop your professional skills in a tech startup environment.
