Job Title: Fintech Support Specialist - Enhance Customer Experience
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fintech Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support department, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our B2B clients through various communication channels.
Your Responsibilities
- Support B2B customers via email, chat, and phone, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve the overall customer experience, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex issues, think creatively, and develop innovative solutions to resolve customer queries.
- Control and handle payment inquiries from sellers and buyers through various client platforms, ensuring seamless transactions.
- Responsible for Trustpilot reviews, focusing on delivering exceptional service to improve our company's Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- Flag and escalate customer queries, providing suitable solutions and escalating issues as necessary.
- Map and improve business processes to enhance the customer journey and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proficiency in the German language at a native speaking level and C1 level in English.
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency in using relevant software applications.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- A strong interest in working within an ambitious team environment.

- An estimated annual salary of €25,000 - €35,000 depending on experience.
