Customer Service Specialist in Valencia

Are you passionate about the fintech sector and eager to support B2B clients in achieving their financial goals? As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience at Blu Selection Spain.
Your Role and ImpactYou will be responsible for engaging with clients primarily via email and chat, with occasional phone support. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting B2B Customers: Collaborate with clients to resolve payment inquiries and manage queries from sellers and buyers on various platforms.
- Collaborative Problem-Solving: Brainstorm with colleagues to continuously improve the customer experience.
- Innovative Troubleshooting: Address customer queries while developing suitable solutions.
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Language Proficiency: Native-level proficiency in German and a C1 level in English.
- Tech Savvy: Comfort in using computers and various digital tools.
- Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
