The RoleWe are looking for an energetic and driven Customer Experience Professional to join our team in sunny Valencia. As a key contact for our customers, you will provide excellent service via phone, email, and chat, help customers find the right product and service, and practice our core value: 'Think like a customer.'
Responsibilities- Be the first point of contact for our customers via phone, email, and chat
- Help customers find the right product and service online and offline
- Provide service with a smile and embody our core values
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- To be fluent in English (verbal and written)
- To be doing a bachelor's or master's degree and have a University agreement
- To be available for a minimum period of 20 weeks
- Experience in Customer Service is a plus
- A solution-oriented mindset and problem-solving skills
- A dynamic and flexible personality
- Willingness to relocate or already be based in Valencia
