We are looking for a talented individual to join our team in Valencia, Spain, as a Financial Customer Care Expert. This role involves providing exceptional customer experience through various channels, including email, chat, and phone.

As a Customer Specialist for Fintech Industry, you will be responsible for brainstorming with colleagues to improve customer experience, troubleshooting issues, and controlling payment inquiries from sellers and buyers. A minimum MBO4 diploma, proficiency in Dutch and English languages, and excellent communication skills are required for this position.

The estimated salary for this position is approximately €19,200 per year, plus benefits such as Spanish classes, fitness bootcamps, and mindfulness classes.
