We are seeking a skilled Multilingual Customer Experience Expert to join our team at JL Talent Partners. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to customers in Spanish while working from home.

What You Will Do:

  • Deliver top-notch customer service via phone and email on a wide range of issues;
  • Provide accurate, timely, and complete information by utilizing the right procedures;
  • Take ownership of customer queries and ensure timely resolutions and responses;
  • BUILD meaningful relationships with customers by answering their questions in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner;
  • Achieve and exceed our customer service quality goals, compliance regulations, and productivity targets;
  • Create an amazing customer experience that people value and we are proud of;
  • FOLLOW management direction and provide valuable feedback.

Requirements:

  • Spanish C2 language proficiency;
  • English B2 language proficiency;
  • Ability to resolve customer concerns and create a seamless customer experience;
  • Self-sufficiency and confidence in troubleshooting basic technical issues related to connectivity, systems, and devices;
  • Ability to guide customers through complex procedures from start to finish;
  • EU Citizenship or Greek residence card.
