Xm is seeking a highly skilled Multilingual Customer Experience Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will possess excellent French language skills and the ability to communicate effectively in English. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the growth of Xm.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to client inquiries via live chat, email, and phone in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform analysis on client interactions to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as required.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in a business-related field.
- Clients handling experience in the financial services sector is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and maintain a high level of organization.
