About the Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our dynamic team at Careerxtra. As a key member of our Fintech department, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers in a professional and empathetic manner, ensuring their needs are met and concerns addressed.
- Provide personalized support and guidance to customers, leveraging your problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve and develop processes, ensuring seamless customer interactions.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention, driving business growth and success.
Requirements:
- Fluent Dutch and English language skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a customer-centric approach.
