**Job Overview**
We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Representative to join our team. As a key member of our branch operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences by delivering personalized support and resolving issues efficiently. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Engage with clients as they enter the branch, making them feel welcome and appreciated
• Manage lobby traffic, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule/cancel client meetings
• Help clients with everyday transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, payments, and account updates
• Educate clients on technology self-service options, including the Chase Mobile App and online banking
• Assist clients and the branch team with new account openings and perform various branch operations
**Requirements:**
• 6+ months of customer service experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to make personal connections, engage customers, and remain courteous and professional in a team environment
• Strong desire and ability to influence, educate, and connect customers to technology
• Cash handling experience
**Salary Estimate:** $45,000 - $60,000 per year
• The salary range listed above reflects the expected base pay for this role at the time of posting. Base pay may vary based on location, market conditions, and other factors.
• In addition to base pay, eligible employees may also receive bonuses and other forms of compensation.
