About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team at G-Star. As a key member of our customer service organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences across multiple languages and channels.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement customer service strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Manage and motivate a team of customer service representatives to achieve exceptional performance and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a fashion or retail industry.
Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional customer service.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
