About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media.
Key Responsibilities:- Communicate with customers in a professional and empathetic manner, addressing their concerns and providing solutions to their queries.
- Guide customers through the process of resolving their issues, ensuring a positive and satisfying experience.
- Identify and escalate customer needs to improve and develop processes, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Monitor and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention, focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity.
- Native fluency in German, both spoken and written.
- Fluent in English (at least B2 level).
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen and show empathy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, MS Office, and CRM tooling.
