Customer Experience Representative

David Kennedy Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join a leading Outsourcing / BPO company in Valencia, Spain.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position (39 hours per week) that requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities- Provide top-notch customer service through various channels, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
- Utilize strong communication skills to resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address customer needs, driving process improvements and enhancements.
- Focus on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity to drive business growth.
- Maintain a customer-centric approach, prioritizing their needs and ensuring a positive experience.
- Excellent Dutch language skills (C2 level) and strong English language skills (C1 level).
- Proven problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for customer service and a passion for delivering results.
- Calm and empathetic demeanor when dealing with challenging customer interactions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
