Duties and Responsibilities:
We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Valencia, Spain. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels.
- Communicate with customers through phone, email, chat, and social media, showcasing your exceptional communication skills and ability to personalize every customer conversation.
- Guide customers through their questions and ensure they receive the right solution, leaving a positive impression.
- Identify and address customer needs, escalating internally to improve and/or develop processes.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and retention through impactful customer experiences.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent Dutch (C2) language skills and a C1 English level.
- Smart and enthusiastic problem-solving skills with a keen eye for customer service.
- Calm and empathetic communication skills when dealing with challenging customers.
- Curious and creative problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Target-driven and a desire to exceed expectations.

- Shifts between 9:00 and 23:00, with a preference for late-night shifts (14:00 - 23:00).
