Customer Experience Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Experience Specialist to join our dynamic team in Valencia, Spain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with customers through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media.
  • Showcase exceptional communication skills, including listening, empathy, and personalization, to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Guide customers through their queries, ensuring they receive the right solution and leave with a smile.
  • Identify and address customer needs, escalating internally to improve and/or develop processes.
  • Focus on delivering high-performance results, prioritizing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Customer Satisfaction, quality, and productivity.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction and retention through impactful customer experience.
Requirements
  • Excellent Dutch (C2) language skills, with a C1 English level.
  • Proven problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for customer service.
  • Calm and empathetic demeanor when dealing with challenging customers.
  • Curious and creative problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Target-driven and committed to exceeding expectations.
What We Offer
  • An excellent remuneration package based on experience, skills, and performance.
  • Flexible shifts between 9:00 and 23:00, with a preference for late-night shifts (14:00 - 23:00).
  • A full-time contract of 39 hours per week.
